WHAT TYPES OF DOCUMENTS NEED VAULT STORAGE?
Irreplaceable documents and files are the most common types of items stored in our vault. Anything considered valuable can be stored in our vault, including:

We treat all vault storage requests with the utmost security and confidentiality.
From collection to storage, we ensure the privacy of all files, providing regular updates and receipts to approved users ensuring you are kept aware of the entire process.
Access to our indexing software can also be assigned so only approved users can access listings related to files in the vault.
RESTRICTED ACCESS
As part of the onboarding process, you will be asked to nominate approved users whom will be the only people granted access to your documents stored in the vault.
Access to our secure vaults onsite is restricted to a select number of our employees and constantly monitored. Unless a request is received from an approved user, requests will be refused and referred to an approved user.
